

| Ruth Swift: Ruth and her husband, Jerry, moved to New Hampshire in 1988. They have two daughters currently attending college. Ruth has been employed with the Lebanon, NH, school district for the past 5 years as a substitute teacher. |
| Pat Langille: Pat has lived in New Hampshire with her husband, Todd, since 1991. She is owner and president of Langille Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in large-scale web-based database applications. |
| James Whiteside, MD: Dr. Whiteside joined the division of Urogynecology/Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in July 2004. After finishing residency at Brown University in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Whiteside went on to complete a 3 year fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. While at the Cleveland clinic, he received training in the management of urinary and fecal incontinence, voiding dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse. In addition, he had extensive training in laparoscopic management of complex benign gynecology, pelvic and vulvar pain, and sacral neuromodulation of bladder disorders. Dr. Whiteside has authored several book chapters and peer reviewed articles on topics such as, Anatomy, Pelvic Pain, Sexually Transmitted Disease, Urinary Incontinence, and Pelvic Organ Prolapse. He has served as guest faculty and lectured extensively both nationally and internationally. Dr. Whiteside resides in New Hampshire with his wife and six children. |
